 this is on all 4 wheels on my 25th anniversary. its supposed to be horizontal but the pic came up vertical somehow. anywho. ive never seen it before. any help here? These are the same OEM rims on my son's 96 vert. The rims were manufacturesd by PRIME in the US and were factory rims for the 96 model year. I recently purchased a set of 7th gen rims that are also made by PRIME for the USDM
