How hard is it to convert a ST to GT??? What would be the average cost??? I know converting it to 3S-GTE would be better but for financil reasons I can't. Income tax refunds are coming so if its not to expensive I think I may be able to do this conversion.

St -> 3SGTE swap is easy.. only requires the drilling of 3 new holes in the frame. You will have to buy a lot of parts that you would not need to buy if you had a GT already... but depending on your situation with your car, this may be ideal..
and if you get all refurbished stuff - you'll basically have a full rebuilt drive train - pretty slick if you ask me... coming from someone who has done a ST -> 3SGTE swap -------------------- -Mike
