i have this doggy's triple gauge pod sitting in my trunk. I have an n/a engine. The only thing I would need to monitor would be oil pressure, oil temperature, and voltage, because I plan on running a small lightweight battery. What do you think thats all I really need right???

You dont really even need that unless your going for looks. Turbos run gauges because if your pressure or temp goes up or down even a little your turbo may get fried, with a NA if doesnt matter because the light will come on when the pressure is low, and the temp is usually fine. Voltage however is a great gauge, i bought a little electric unit that shows the time, outside and inside temp, and my voltage all on one screen, and its fairly accurate as well.
