Gas costs too much and i use the car on the freeway too much not to try and change the gear ratio.70mph at 3500 rpm is TOO HIGH,and i know the engine would keep the same speed at 2000 rpm,plenty of tourqe,hell i hardly ever downshift

you're not going to gain much. maybe a few hundred RPM at the most.
