I was wondering how well does the 7afe stock engine internals hold up with a turbo?

Hi guys,
Anyone know where I can buy a turbo kit built specifically for the 7a-fe? I'm based in the UK but am willing to pay for delivery if the kits proven to be decent. I'm only looking to get around 180-190bhp. John |
