So i noticed today my clutch is slipping when i get on the throttle, engine revs but car doesnt accelerate as much. The car is driven everyday mostly highway, but some stop and go traffic. Im trying to figure out how much time i have left until it neeeds replaced. I leave for basic training in 3 months so i dont want my fiance stranded on the sie of the road. any thoughts?

depending how you drive, but i hate if i were driving on the freeway and it just slows down dramatically and if you can't pull to the emergency lane...you'll cause a lot of trouble.
granny driving....not riding on clutch as much, ranges from a month to two or three....excessive driving...burn clutch more...you're in deep SH!T. Just change it...get the heavy burden off your back....i suggest do it yourself....or pay $600-up for a mechanic to do it...or ask other members on this forum to help you...treat them to some baby back ribs and beer or carbonated drinks and you're good...at least that'll work for me.
