I was wondering how well does the 7afe stock engine internals hold up with a turbo?

Both manufacturers use the same 2 alloys, 4032 for more durable street engines and 2618 for higher performance engines.
I actually don't exactly know what my pistons are made of but i think its 4032, but they should handle at least twice the power i will run anyway
