Beams intake, What works best? Options

My Beams came with the standard intake which I'm planning on using to start with, but is there any/much advantage going aftermarket with a decent CAI in place? I've read elsewhere that the standard Beams intake is the best...

It was Bonzai's post below that got me thinking.

*edit* oh and for an intake, I use one from a late 90's 4runner and it works great, but just had to get a proper sized silicone adapter.

cut it and buy a 71mm piping that has a 80-90 degree bend like mine and it works great.

you might gain about 2hp from it but you probably won't even feel any notice in power. It's more for looks and noise. It sounds tons better in my opinion. The video i posted of it does not to its justice. It sounds way better in person.
