Hey everyone,
Ive been hearing this rattle coming from my 3SGTE. it starts about 10 PSI, and I think the Boost isn't going past 10-ish PSI as well. I Have a Blitz adjustable BoV on it just off of the intercooler. now my thought is, the Valve inside, is not able to stay closed at 10-ish PSI and starts to flutter open. is this possible? is it easy to repair if so? Thanks, Kevin This post has been edited by Soulend: Mar 31, 2011 - 1:24 AM |

cant be the BOV. they are designed to close under any boost condition. so even at 2 lbs, its going to be closed. Depends if the blitz is a push or a pull type. Some of them just have a spring that pushes against the boost, and if its set too soft, it can in fact leak boost. There should be an soft/hard adjustment on the bov. You can try setting it to a harder setting. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
