I have a 94 Celica GT and planning on doing a 2nd gen 3sgte swap with the E153 tranny. I was looking through the forums and found many of the guys using ST185 outter shafts with spacers and some guys go with the 91 camry V6 outter shafts. For the 91 camry V6 outter shafts, do we need spacers?
Stupid computer messed up my topic title. It was supposed to be How many of you used the 91 camry V6 outer shafts for your hybrid axles? This post has been edited by celi_booster: Mar 28, 2011 - 2:57 PM |

Yea, it really is a case by case basis.
Jim has had 3 different e153 trannys in the car, (mr2, es300, mr2 w/LSD) and none of them used a spacer with the mr2 inners, and alltrac outers. Dustin on the other hand has spacers on both sides. (iirc camry e153, mr2 inners, alltrac outters. ) -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
