 Trunk won't pop unless lifting up at the same time |

If I pull the handle to pop the trunk it will not open unless somebody is standing back there to lift up on the trunk lid. The same thing if I use the key to pop the trunk. Is there a spring, or an adjustment of some sort that can take care of this?

Ghetto style: pull down your seat belt, loop it around the lever and pull it tight to hold the lever up. Problem SOLVED!
Just don't forget to unloop your seatbelt when you close the trunk lid/hatch
