Just curious as to how hard u guys are hitting. I got 148.7dB the last time i was metered. I have 2 Kicker l7 12's and a dhd 1600 watt amp in a sealed box. I may get a ported box later on, but who knows.

I got a 130dB with my Cadance UD-12 and Cadance Z-1000 amp.
im not sure if thats good or not.
Im not into the dB drags.
Got metered at a car show.

130 is not bad for just one 12. If you read up on audio forums u will get a good idea of what dB levels are normally and can compare yours w/ others. The loudness doubles about every 10 decibles. Ex. 70dB is 2x as loud as 60dB and so on.

if your pushing that, i would love to know what im pushing, I have two 12"rockford he2's in sealled box with a rockford 700s, and the 700s is clocked at 899 watts rms, so about 1800 max....... hummm....... The sad part is i turn them off most of the time cause they are too loud,

Hmm man, that sounds great. ur prolly pushin almost 100dB with that one, but dont worry you'll get there some day. wink.gif
