Advantages of disk brakes vs drum brakes, contemplating doing it

trdproven View Member Profile Enthusiast Joined Aug 2, '05 From Guam Currently Offline Reputation: 15 (100%)	drum brakes tend to fade with heat buildup. disk brakes is the opposite, exposed to outside error, just like your front brakes. better cooling resulting in better braking performance, just like most cars today that have all wheel disk brakes. Plus there are aftermarket performance replacements. basically sucks when truely performing the vehicle to have drums, they do not brake as good because of this weakness.
