I just had another birthday today, turned 39 today(damn I'm getting old)
![]() Just curious if I am the oldest person on this site that owns a 6th gen?Seems most of you are into mods for your motor, interiors and bodies(signs of a younger person), while us older members probably are just looking for help finding parts or info on how to change something, so I figured I might be the senior citizen here. So let's see if anybody is older than me, god I hope so. ![]() 39 today |

Just thinking,,,Hell, I done my 1st swap in 1972, long b4 most of you were even born!!!! 200 cu. in straight 6 from a Maverick in place of a 144 cu in 6 cyl 3 sp in a 1960 Falcon, with a 4 sp trans from a Fairlane and Mustang rear axle and Mustang suspension. / Found a clean 64 Falcon Sprint body a couple of years later and swapped it again, went thru the motor again, this time I bored it .030 and went with forged TRW pistons, Crane cam w/solid lifters, headers, ignition, Hi-compression head (from a Bronco) etc, 9"limited slip diff. re-did the electrics to use an alternator instead of the orig generator...radiused and flared the fenders...after all that, I swapped a mildly built 289 V8 in a couple of years later...
