I know a shop that has both of these motors 3sgte and Beams. Which is of these are easier to swap and are more powerful. But, here is another thing because I live in California and will I be able to state ref it. I have a 97 Toyota Celica GT. Thanks.

From experience, it depends entirely on the owner. If you want a reliable, predictable, daily driver with linear power on-tap, then the BEAMS is perfect. Enough power and torque to drive around town and give those hondas a run for their money = BEAMS. Keep in mind, parts for the BEAMS is also a bit harder to comeby compare to the 3sgte. When it comes down to it, personally for me, BEAMS for daily driving, rarity, and bragging rights. Then 3sgte for quarter-mile, week-end fun car. Kuv yog hmoob tag bro!
