 Radiator Fans on at all times., Need help ID'ing problem |

My friend has a GT-Four that has the radiator fans running pretty much 95% of the time. Even when the key is only on "on" and not running. Anyone know what the problem could be? Btw i didnt know if this would be under wiring or under engine in topic so i put it in here. Inputs are much appreciated thank you.

Check that the sensors are working properly.
