 Redlining to keep car healthy?, Truth or myth? |

I was told today by several people that redlining your car every now and again (about every 2 weeks or so) keeps it in tip top shape because it helps burn off carbon buildup from driving at low rpms and keeps everything nice and limber.
Any thoughts? -------------------- taking too long to mod since '09
