Hello I've got the 94 gt 2.2liter and was wondering if any brand of spark plugs give you better mileage in the this motor?
Thanks, |

yeah finger tight first, then with your plug socket, use a gentle steady hand, lightly twist it closed fully (no force at all) until you reach the end and give it a little yank to finish it off.
think of if you were using a bent key that was about to break to open your car. you want enough force to open the lock, but so little to avoid breaking the key. thats how you tighten plugs, but yeah it will work out to about 1/4 of a turn from finger tight to properly tight if u do it like that thats why they say 1/4 I think plugs are stainless steel, the head is aluminum so you will stip your thread in your head 1st -------------------- Mike W
