High octane gas in Japan?? Did you even read my post above? EDIT: In my post above, I stated that the US uses RON which is incorrect. Or octane is rated in CLC. The Japanese 98 RON octane is roughly equivalent to our 93 CLC octane. Basically what I'm getting at is that there really is no issue...
