3sgte/Beams- Does these engines bolt right in our GT Celicas? Or do we have to custom the motor mounts and wiring stuff.
Which engine is easier when swapping. I am looking more towards the 3sgte engine, but I still want to know the differences.
Please let me know. Thanks.

This crap about "you need to search" is retarded..Its gonna come to point that when people DO actually search all the threads they find have people just saying search and no actual information.

The 3sgte and 3sge will bolt up to the stock manual gt transmission(s54) and you can use the GT motor mounts. There is a thread in the Forced Induction sticky area where defgeph did a "how to".Link to 3sgte swap thread. Wiring of the 3rd gen 3sgte swap is fairly simple, _jim_ documented it in the FI section. The 3sge beams wiring is hard and would most likely need to be sent to tweak. The 3sge beams makes under 200 hp and its hard to get to make any more power, but the 3sgte comes with 250hp roughly and is easy and cheap to modify.
