So I'm thinking more seriously about the manual swap, and if I can find a working transmission/axle I'm gonna go for it. My question though, is whether or not it would be possible to retain the functionality of cruise control after doing the swap? I'm planning on getting a manual ECU, but I'm wondering if I'll need some kind of relay. Also, is the wiring complicated to only start when the clutch is depressed?

this my first post here. i'm from manila philippines and i got me a 95' at200 m/t celica.
I've done a manual swap to a/t and just tap the shifter safety switch wire to the brakelight switch so i'm assuming that for a manual swap you would need to run a clutch pedal switch going to the ignition for the clutch safety feature. my 2cents |
