Hey guys,
2nd time now that the center arm rest has broken It's got a small crack down the middle, I was thinking of putting some kind of thick glue on the back of it and letting it set for a week or so?? And then there are the 2 lugs at the back that it opens on. I figure the only way to really fix them it to somehow re-make them out of metal? Any thoughts for a permanent fix? I'm thinking this must be fairly common on our cars, so someone must have got a good fix already? Cheers |

if i can remember correctly the center armrest plastic is PolyPropelyne and its very hard to find a glue to adhere to the plastic as it resists most chemicals best thing to do would be get a low wattage soldering iron and find some scrap peices of polypropelyne (all celi parts have the type of plastic printed on them such as >PP<) and plastic weld it together and recover armrest.....or tell people you ride around DONT F%$# UP MY CAR!
