So im doing my timing belt this weekend and oil pump oring. Any advice on keeping pulleys from moving once the belt is off. And if its not to much trouble could someone describe one more time how to set the timing and keep it set the entire time while the belts off. Thanks

just set the timing to TDC and make a note of where the cam is and crank pully. you can mark them with a sharpie or white out. there are marks to indicate TDC too on the block and timing cover. search for my thread on rebuilding the 7A-FE, i have a ton of pictures that will show what to do
