So ive gotten a few suggestions,
and apperently the oil pump seal is garbage. Is this it? ![]() ![]() |

There's that, but this could leak also. Theres two seals or this i guess is called a gasket, but since it's rubber i think its a seal. THe oil pump bolts to the aluminum front cover. This is the seal that goes between the pump and the cover. When i took my oil pump off this entire seal was hard and cracked. It's not listed anywhere as a toyota part that i'm aware of because it just comes with a new oil pump. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sku/Toyo...ngs+Best+Seller Toyota sells that seal separately. Aaron at Partznet can get it for you. But you are correct, you pretty much have to replace both those seals.
