 Alternator Fuse, Cant get it out |

How does the alternator fuse come out i pulled the fuse panel out but cant see whats holds it in there?

I'm not sure if its the same or not, but on my buddies silvia, the wires were botled to the fuse at teh bottom, and would not come out unless you unbotled it.
We had to remove the plastics around the fuse box, in order to get at it. The celica may be similar, but I'm not too sure, i have never looked into it.
