Hate to burst your bubble, but USPS isn't accepting any canadian orders either. USPS and UPS are two different companies.
But USPS isn't accepting orders into Canada untill the strike is over, and anything shipping over the border may be held up at customs longer than usual. I have about 4 packages in the mail that I've been waiting for for a while for this garbage strike.. And gotta wait untill teh strike is over to order more parts.
