Clutch pedal's been soft for the past year or so. Finally decided on replacing the clutch spring behind the pedal. Anyone ever done this before? if you got the part number hit it up also.

do you need the spring? my friend said you dont actually need it, but with all the **** he thinks he knows, i just thought it would be worth asking.
