screw the free labour idea they gave you... if you have pictures of the car before it went into the shop and after.... sue them to get the car re-painted....
ask for a written explanation of the shape of the car from the paint shop. you can sue the guy for the damage he cause.... but nothing he promised if it wasnt in writing.... it sucks....i know i have $1000 damage on my car from some guy jumping on it...the cops even arrested him! but its gonna cost me over $1000 to take him to small claims.... bah! so it's not worth it for me This post has been edited by wind: Jan 29, 2004 - 3:50 PM |
