Why doesn't it count? Compared to stock 5sfe/4age 1st/2nd gen(most common in the US); its faster, it handles better, has a better weight ratio, for engine swaps it has the 2zz which you can supercharge for quicker response. Now does it look as good as the 2nd gen no, but thats like saying you would take a mid 90's 911 over a new 911.
You also have to remember the 2nd gen mr2 was made 2 decades ago to a car company its outdated and useless... |
