Well, I'm now at 165k miles and I think its about time I replace my original timing belt. So I figured i'm going to change my Power Steering, Alternator, and AC belt as well.

Using Azian's guide here http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=57712

What else should I change? Do I need the two tensioners? Should I change the water pump since I'll already be down that far? Do I need to change anything else while I'm in there?
So all I need is 1 T belt, 1 PS/alt belt, 1 AC belt, and if I do the water pump, then 1 water pump, 1 thermostat, and 1 thermostat gasket as well?

Again, there's nothing wrong with the car, nothing is acting up or leaking or anything like that, but I just decided that my game of chicken with the timing belt is just about over and I'd rather not get stuck on the side of the road.

There is a seal behind the boil pump gear. Change that! And save your money on the alternator. If you don't need it don't change it. Its really to change out in the car so do it when u need to. I suggest pulling the engine to do all this. It will be worth it!
