 Rear Washer Jet Blocked |

Wasn't sure where exactly to put this thread so it's going here.
 My rear washer jet isn't working I've traced it back to the engine bay but I don't know how to get to the washer bottle. I know it's a noob question but it is my first car I've had to work on.
