 Rear Washer Jet Blocked |

Wasn't sure where exactly to put this thread so it's going here.
 My rear washer jet isn't working I've traced it back to the engine bay but I don't know how to get to the washer bottle. I know it's a noob question but it is my first car I've had to work on. or the wiring for the rear one is bad, if the pump doesn't work when you try the rear, it's most likely the wiring.
