EDIT: do you plan on getting rid of your charcoal canister? If YES, then cap it off and ditch the charcoal canister...But you will probably deal with the smell of gas or maybe fuel vapors in and around the engine bay....
And you would also need to cap off that port on the throttlebody.... If not you would probably want to cap off both ends ( TB side/CC side) although i personally dont know how that would affect your engine...i would just route it through as it naturally would, as it isnt really a big deal.
