Hi! First sorry my bad english.
But i need help with my st205 ![]() My car started to keep very awful wheezing noise. car works fine but the noise is something that i cant figure out. i think it comes somewhere intake? i hear it all the time when driving, but when i accelerate sound stops.? maybe i need to get some video for that sound.. |

that does sound metal on metal rotational contact. (like a bearing). Since I believe it is related to the compressor wheel and possible contact with housing or a bearing I would suggest this as a check...
When the engine is idling and making the noise, disconnect one of the couplers from the intercooler - effectively letting the turbo just blow to the atmosphere. If it stops, I would say it is turbo related. Do not do this check while revving the engine or in a dusty location.
