Searched and couldn't find exactly what I needed. I found this awesome diagnostics test, but wanted to see if anyone had a simliar problem as me before I poked around all night with a multimeter.
http://bgbonline.celicatech.com/94_6gmanua...ol%20system.pdf Symptoms: I can engage the cruise control and the light will turn on, but it will not work. Only the light comes on. It stays on constant until I shut it off. I see the light at no other times other than when I click it on. If I jump the Tc and E1 in the diagnostics panel I get a continuous blinking cruise control light and no codes. Other Info: I wired in a Japanese ST205 gauge cluster into my car. This has no cruise control light so I pinned it in as my cruise light going to the ABS light. So essentially a light still turns on when I use cruise its just not the typical green cruise light. I am wondering if there is something in that circuit that feeds back out to the cruise control and hence my problems. I doubt it, since the light gets a common power and the other wire goes to the cruise control which is what I have wired in. Thoughts? |
