Pretty much everything Kevin said, but I have a little bit to add. I suggest, as would everyone who has done the swap, that you get a clip rather than a motor set. That way, you'll have most everything you need. You'll also need a new fuel pump to handle the added demand. A Walbro 255 seems to be the pump of choice. Otherwise, Kevin pretty much nailed it. Browse the forced induction forum and you'll find the answers to any question you have along the way.

Kevin thanks for all the help im new to the site and intermediate mechanically speaking but my dads a mechanic and i went to school for welding so were gonna do every thing our selves but im going to build the engine a little bit before i put it in and when i looked around some people would say that the 5sfe trans would burn out but others say its good if you did it and is working good than thats what i will do. and my last question is when buying the engine the 3rd gen 3ste is only jdm so will i have to rewire the the whole thing or is it pretty simple or should i just get the 2nd gen 3sgte. i love this car and what it can be and love seein bs civics that sound like **** i just wish the 6th gen gt four was released in the us. |
