my car doesnt really have paint, i got it primered and never got the funds ready for real paint job.

after my engine replacement, i got alot of grease marks and 'black' marks on the front end of the car?

how do i clean this, i tryed the ussual, car wash(es), alot of washing fluid, soap and dawn dishwasher even lol

its not really comming off, i tried the concrete engine degreaser on some part it took it off, but then weakening the primer too, so i dont want to damage the 'paint' i already have on

any suggestions?

the place i got it primed is telling me to use wet sandpaper, i really dont wanna do that since its gonna take it off permanently?

its PPG white primer if it makes a difference?
