I know this has been covered a lot, and yes i did use the search and I found that OEM is the best way to go for spark plug wires.
Called up toyota and they want 140 bucks for them, but i've read that you guys are getting them relatively cheap in the states.

So I'm wondering what's the next best thing to OEM wires?
Is there anything that performs even close to OEM for a bit cheaper?

It shouldn't affect the new plugs too much. It might gum them up a bit b/c of a lower spark intensity, but you should be alright.
