 taking apart gt4 / ssIII spoiler, need info |

ok, i'm trying to take the riser blocks off from the spoiler. Each side has these two things that look like rivets. Do i need to drill them out to take the rises blocks apart from the spoiler?

Metal or plastic rivets? I'm thinking they pull right off with some pressure.
