When I bought my car there was an obvious "rattle" coming from the left rear of the car. I'm not yet convinced as to what it is yet. I've been under the car numerous times looking for broken pieces but nothing is broken. I've taken measurements on the left and compared them to measurements on the right and nothing is too different. Yet somehow every time I hit a bump there is a terrible rattling sound. I also think it's wearing the tire on that corner different than the rest.
In the next few months I'll be buying lowering springs and adjustable shock absorbers. I'm not sure if that would solve the problem. Any input would be helpful. |

i had rattle in the back driver side, it was the top of the shock holder that was mess up.
you probably have loose in top of your rear suspension, it can be the rubber , (on top of spring), or , the metal holder on top. (the one the big bolt in center hold_) i had the top metal rust and its broke, and the shock fall into the spring. you can verify by try moving your wheel top to bottom hope that help ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us looking at the picture i think i clearly need some fix there....
