I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with this "kit". I know, it's an ebay kit, but I just wanted to throw it out there if anyone has had experience with it.

no I have a Kkr 480 which is roughly the size of a gt30 and face it the GTX spools way faster, technology is expensive but proves its point. I know my chinese turbo wont spool like mikes disco potatoe, but it sure as hell spools once it gets going
