so i swapped my cars motor to a 3s last spring and since have had a working speedo , everythign else works just not that , i am using the stock trans from the 5sfe , so there shouldnt be a problem ,, tweak did my harness and it worked first try ,, so anybody know of anything else that mess with it anyway to test the wiring ? thanks

so the speedo has NEVER worked after the swap?
