hey hey hey i have a auto and i would like to keep it a auto. id like to put a 3S-GTE in my ceilca will the
3S-GTE muont up with the tanny if not are there any Engines that can mount up to my tann

we shouldnt hate on it, but be helpful. if (s)he wants an auto trans thats their decision. we are supposed to be a helpful community

That said, the 3SGTE has been done with a 5s auto tranny. it couldnt take the power and he had to set the aftermarket trannt controller to shift at a low RPM 4500 or 5000 iirc.

You're best bet in my opinion would be find a V6 auto tranny and use that bolted to a 3SGTE, with an aftermarket tranny controller.

OR just do a V6 swap, keep the auto tranny that came with the motor, and proceed with swap as normal since the v6 ECU can control the tranny anyway.

BOTH options will require some very custom work with the axles and mounts as it hasnt been done before on this car...
