so I've seen a lot of these things floating on various types of cars, and its seen as a cool thing.
 but what I don't understand why its cool... these are badges beginner drivers have to put on their cars, which restrict how they drive and how people drive around them. so do people actually know this? it just blows my mind really.. I've had these exact same thoughts Kevin, it really blows my mind as well. And you are right, most people really don't know it is to signify a beginning driver...n00bs...
