so I've seen a lot of these things floating on various types of cars, and its seen as a cool thing.
 but what I don't understand why its cool... these are badges beginner drivers have to put on their cars, which restrict how they drive and how people drive around them. so do people actually know this? it just blows my mind really.. In my experience, most of the people I've seen with those know it's to mark a beginning driver. They just don't care because it's JDM, y0.
