Big fan of your car!
Did a quick photoshop for you with eyelids black and red ones. Both with yellow highs. Enjoy.   As for thoughts, eyelids are a bit of an acquired taste, but when done right looks great. And yellow lights are pretty sweet. i think bulbs may do a bit better for lighting though..
