I just got done taking a drive (about two-ish hours) and now, lightly in the background I hear "wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

That simply means your exhaust simply isnt loud enough
 , the only time i can hear mine is when i turn the car off.
