 e-brake doesnt work as it should.., need some help |

After doing a drum to disc convertion i realized my ebrake doesnt brake the car as it used to.
The first problem was that the e-brake handle used to go up too much when i pull it. Fixed by adjusting it by the center console. By adjusting that i thought i was gonna fix the problem but it didnt.
