I have a oil leak. My engine has 175k miles. Should i rebuild?

I'm at 197k and still open up the throttle daily.

Right now I don't burn much oil. It stays on full for 3000 miles, but if I go 3500(I run full synthetic, and Toyotas interval is 3500) it burns a quart.
I figure with my mileage it's probably the piston rings and a few other internal seals. Haven't had the compression tested lately.

just a thought well queston, when did you switch to synthetic, i know it runns cleaner and smother, but if you do it with over 75k it norm breaks up all the gunk holding your seals togeather, well oil sludge in your seals, i wanted to switch but thought i am getting to high in milage... i have 133k
