hey does anyone know where i could get the euro riser blocks (the ones shorter than the gt4) and the wing??

The spoiler is the same as any '94-95 hatch spoiler. The riser blocks are slightly more difficult to get your hands on. The only ones I know of for sale recently have ceased production. You just have to wait patiently for a set to go on sale, make a set yourself, or settle for GT4 blocks.
